If you would like to make a return, we’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused. The product(s) must be in original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

All packages are sent via USPS and are subject to USPS posted timeframes. You will receive tracking information at the time the package is shipped. Unfortunately, once an item is shipped and tracking information is received The Complete Compassion Team relinquishes shipping responsibility to the USPS.

While great effort was put into creating evidence based tools for helping professionals, these tools should not and cannot take the place of obtaining therapeutic mental health services.
