ABOUT THE COMPLETE COMPASSION PROJECT
The Complete Compassion Project: A Helping Professional's Guide to Strengthening Resilience is made up of a unique card deck, journal, and guided planner filled with practical clinical techniques and strategies to combat secondary traumatic stress, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue.

The Complete Compassion Project is curated by Dr. Brandynicole Brooks, LICSW. A clinical social worker with 17 years of experience in child welfare and 10 years of experience with trauma-informed care. Dr. Brooks created this project from her own experience of addressing secondary traumatic stress through strengthening resilience.
